One Year On......
You've been in business for a year, all the hard work in planning is starting to pay off. Now is the time to recognise how well you have done, or re-focus on any objectives in the original business plan ( now, where did you put that?), which were important, but have not been achieved. If they're still relevant, factor them in to a updated plan for the coming year.
Things to consider:
-
New ideas or products
- Company image- what impression are you creating now?
-
Is it time to think about taking on some staff- full or just part-time?
-
Or, is it time for some external help to revitalise you and your objectives? Not all consultants are bad! (see link to our consultancy service)
-
Have you repaid all your start-up loans?
-
How is the credit control working?
-
Do your prices need reviewing now?
-
Are you complying with all the government regulations, like data protection, health & safety.
-
Are you in profit now; do you know how to tell?
- Have you been watching your competitors ?
