What we charge for

As explained earlier, we give a lot of free guidance on these pages throughout this website. Our ideas are there for you to use as you wish. But often, when planning, researching and starting a new venture on your own, questions arise and it is really helpful to be able to get some information directly related to YOUR project, or to discuss your progress with an experienced entrepreneur.

In reality, it is very difficult to do this. There are plenty of websites with masses of general information but no-one you can actually talk to and perhaps seek an opinion from, just when you need to - unless you are prepared to pay significant consultancy rates. And many 'advisers' in banks and other agencies, have never actually run a business.

We are well aware of this problem, having been involved in business support for over a decade and seen at close quarters, what is available. But we feel we can offer a simple solution for those who would like some form of second opinion, as they build their business plan.

Cost is the big obstacle and any form of conventional advice from accountants or other professionals can cost hundreds of pounds. Partly because it is delivered in expensive offices by people with high hourly rates. What we do is offer information based on our own experience, and matched to your needs, by email or phone for a fixed period of time, and for a small fixed charge. So, for one payment of £25 you can discuss any issues for 2 months, during which time we will endeavour to satisfy your questions. If the project changes or, after the initial two months has expired and you wish to continue the process, we will make another charge on the same terms.

Your costs are kept to an absolute minimum and you get enough time, and a real person, to discuss your project with. We make no guarantee that we will answer every question, or that you will like the answers, and we do not advise you but, having provided this service to hundreds of satisfied clients for over a decade, we are confident you will find it helps you too. If you take up this offer it is implicit in your request that you understand that you must consult your own professionals before acting or proceeding, on comments we provide.
